Hot U Basics

Hot U is where Hot Potato users can create photo albums for all to see!

Uploading a zip file of images

1. Create a folder on your computer.
2. Copy all the photos you want to add to Hot Potato into the folder you just created.
3. Right click the folder, scroll down to Send To and choose Compressed (zipped) folder.
4. That should have created a zipped folder with the same name as the original folder you created with a .zip extension.
5. Go to the Add Hot U page of the Hot Potato website.
6. Create a Hot U photo album by filling in the 'Photo Album Title' and 'Photo Album Description' fields and clicking the 'Submit' button.
7. Once created, you will see the Upload button appear. Click the Click here to Upload link, click the Browse button and navigate to the zip file you created in step 3. Click Open.
8. Click the checkbox disclaimer if you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
9. Click the Upload button.
