Getting colder?

Is it just me or is Australia actually getting colder at the moment? At least on the Central Coast of NSW, we had about the weakest Summer as long as I can remember, many days of which felt like Autumn, and now Autumn is feeling a lot like Winter.

I'm wondering how cold Winter is gonna be.

I'm no meteorologist or weatherman, but is it possible that weather patterns have changed and we could see decreasing temperatures for a while? Supposedly it was 4 degrees the other night in Gosford. That's almost snowing.

It could, of course, all just be a temporary thing. What does everyone else think?
